At Joy Party Rentals we do our best to make sure your day is a source of happiness. We rent party supplies in Simi Valley and surrounding areas. Our attention to detail allows us to customize and personalize our services to meet your needs and provide provide you with the best service available. Terms and Conditions

– Due to Covid-19 we are currently doing delivery to your front door. We do not perform installations or go inside your house for your safety and ours.
– All of our decorations with helium or floating balloons last about 9-10 hours. We DO NOT guarantee longer time because it depends on the weather and conditions of the place.
– Outside decorations need special bases and will incur an extra charge. Please be advised that if you do not specify this detail your decoration may fly away.
– We are not responsible for any weather changes, sun or rain and the damage that it may cause to the decoration.
– Once we deliver the decoration and you accept we do not come back for refills. It will now be your responsibility.
– If you want your decoration to be delivered or installed before 9 am or after 6 pm we charge an extra fee.
– If you want your decoration to be made for next day we also have a rush fee.
– All of our deliveries are performed during the morning or the afternoon. If you desire a specific time please call us to place your order and we will place order for additional cost.
– The photos are for reference, and although we guarantee the delivery of an arrangement with excellent quality, the balloon arrangement may vary depending on our inventory existence
– NO EXCEPTIONS: ALL ORDERS FOR THE WEEKEND MUST BE PLACE BEFORE FRIDAY AT 12 PM. IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AFTER 12 PM YOU MAY RISK YOUR DECORATION NOT BEING COMPLETED ON THE DAY YOU DESIRE. IT MAY BE MOVED TO MONDAY OR TUESDAY. WE RECOMMEND YOU TO CALL TO 805-231-4669 OR 805-300-2157 FOR A RUSH ORDER.

TERMINOS DE VENTA

– Debido al COVID-19 actualmente estamos haciendo entregas en la puerta de tu casa o lugar de entrega. No entramos a tu casa por la seguridad de tu familia y la familia Balloons by Joy’s Party Rentals.
– Todas nuestras decoraciones con helio o globos flotando duran aproximadamente 9-10 horas. Nosotros NO garantizamos el tiempo de duración por que depende de las condiciones en donde tengas la decoración.
– Las decoraciones en exterior necesitan bases y instalación profesional. Si tu evento es en exteriores debes dar estos detalles, ya que no nos hacemos responsables si tu decoración no dura o se ve como tu lo deseabas originalmente.
– No nos hacemos responsables por cambios del clima, exceso de sol o lluvia o el daño que esto le pueda causar a su decoración.
– Una vez entregamos la decoración y usted la acepta no vamos a regresar por refills o cualquier daño a la decoración. La decoracion ya queda bajo su responsabilidad.
– Si deseas que tu entrega sea antes o después de las 9 am o 6 pm nosotros te contactaremos por un cargo adicional.
– Si deseas hacer una orden de un día para otro tambien te contactaremos por un cargo adicional.
– Nuestras entregas no tienen horario especifico tenemos dos rutas una en la manana AM y otra en la tarde PM. Si deseas una hora especifica llamanos y cobraremos un cargo adicional.
– Las fotos son referenciales, y aunque garantizamos la entrega de un arreglo con excelente calidad, el arreglo pudiera variar en función a nuestra existencia de inventario.
– SIN EXCEPCION: TODAS LAS ORDENES PARA EL FIN DE SEMANA DEBEN SER REALIZADAS ANTES DEL VIERNES A LAS 12 PM. SI HACES TU ORDEN UN VIERNES DESPUES DE LAS 12 PM Y ES PARA EL MISMO FIN DE SEMANA TE ARRIESGAS A QUE LA DECORACION NO ESTE LISTA EL DIA QUE DESEAS.
